Dr. J.Haroldo dos Anjos

Lawyer and Professor, founder of J. Haroldo Advogados. Post-graduate work and Masters in Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). Attorney, professor and expert in Commercial Maritime Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ); Doctor with recognition of notorious legal knowledge (Opinion CNE / CES no. 296/97). He was also a professor at the School of Officials of the Merchant Navy (CIAGA). He is a member of the Institute of Lawyers of Brazil (IAB), and currently a professor in postgraduate courses in Maritime Law, Univali-Santa Catarina and Unisantos Católica-São Paulo. He is the author of the books "Maritime Law Course" (Renew, 1992) and "The Roots of an Organized Crime" (IBRADD, 2003), and several articles published in specialized legal journals. He has more than 30 years of experience, he works in the areas of Criminal and Maritime Law, Civilian and Military defenses; Indemnification for Accidents; Divorces and Inventory of Foreigners, International Law for Brazilians residing abroad and Immigration Brazil - USA
